Coupe Quebec - Alpine Series

For those of you in Eastern Ontario, you might be interested. Surf des neiges Quebec is back with 4 events for Alpine riders:

On Saturday January 9th, we are running a GS-event at Mont Olympia. The event will take place at night with the first start at 18h00. The event is a "2 best out of 3 runs". With full collaboration of Mont Olympia, tickets sold AT THE RACE OFFICE will include the "race fees" for the same price as regular access to the mountain. This means you basically race for free !

On Sunday January 31st, we will hold a 2-run GS event at MONT Blanc, prior to the the FIS event that will include Team Ontario & Team Quebec. Altough our main focus will be the FIS event, we offer the possibility to young riders to run on the same course as FIS racers.

On Saturday March 7th, we will run a GS Double-Event at Owl's Head, ( could be interesting for those coming back from the ECES event ). The double-event is one race in the morning, one race in the afternoon. As much as possible, each race will be a "2 best out of 3", which could add up to 6-runs !

On March 13th ( or 14th ), we will hold a Double-Event at Edelweiss ( as close as possible from Ontario ). The events will be a SL.

All those events are NON-FIS, which means they are opened to everybody. For all those events, you need to be member of "Surf des neiges Quebec" which is $20/day or $30/year, mainly due to insurance coverage ( sorry ! )

For all the events, we are trying to offer the "no extra cost" formula for one race, this depending of station collaboration.
