leeho730
I really like their products (I have OS2 FR2), but their customer service (or lack thereof) scares me. I had some dealings with Catek in the past, FR2 took more than a month to ship. Scott was super helpful at some point (not charging freight fee etc) though... Perhaps Catek should start selling their products at BOL! (just kidding... )
LeGogoussier
I just recently got first class service from Catek. Mid August I inquired about the actual availability of OS2s and other goodies before ordering from their automated online store. Scott promptly responded: "We're into full production mode for the season and we expect to have the shelves completely stocked by early September. The OS2 longs are in short supply right now, but Jeff though he could probably build up a set if you need them quickly. (...)" We exchanged a couple more emails, I placed the order then got all I needed delivered at my door within a month. Bear in mind they're just a couple of guys doing everything.
