newcarver
Anybody use these before? Ordered a set of 08 models. Anyone have any tips for setting them up or anything? Will be using them for freeride/carving. They look pretty nice and have a lot of adjustablility. Hope they work out, have had bad luck with softboot bindings. wanted to buy some Cateks FR2s but couldn't pony up the $'s right now. Maybe one day. newcarver
As you wish, here is a link to Head's web site with this years version. Looks the same as last years for the most part. http://www.ridehead.com/#bindings/1581
newcarver
Bindings came in today. They are sweet looking. Lots of adjustments. Some cool features include: Adjustable highback stiffness, straps that swing out of the way with hinges, angle adjustment without losening the mounting screws, straps that adjust length with no tools, highback can be moved side to side and at different angles, mounting disk mounts flat to the board to prevent binding suck, and the highback angles is adjusted by moving the whole heel cup piece. Only thing that I can complane about so far is that the rear binding can only be angled forward 20 degrees. Front can be moved up to 45. Will try them out soon I hope.
