I think/hope this is the real thing. Having watched Burton's "Help Wanted" listings for several years, I think their dedication to eco-responsibility is genuine and will be long-lasting. Nothing like a heart attack (Jake Burton Carpenter's) to make you ponder the big picture and the resource base required for the sport that's goosed your corpuscles most of your life.
