Had a good time with Bryan, Tim and can’t remember the other guys name must be my age but had a blast.
www.oldsnowboards.com
What a great way to wrap up four day/ three resort mini-trip!! Ross, honestly, I have yet to see anyone ride so well on hardboots their first day!! You simply made it look too easy!! Very impressed Dude!! Made the icy drive from Bend (where I had a blast with my bros there) early to meet up with Ross, Tim and Trevor at Timberline. Fresh snow overnight, cold and mostly overcast, TWO first chairs, and no crowds. The new area Timberline added last year is a really pleasant surprise. Some very "Carvy" runs and LONG!! Finally got to ride with Tim and had the pleasure of watching Ross RULE on his first day of alpine snowboarding. Great times!! Pooped out!! but very happy Thanks, Bryan Descriptions in order below: Top of the mountain breaking through the clouds, Palmer chair not open Tim scooting up to the bottom of the chair lift after another pow run!! Ross saying "You want me to go this way??" PS, he road it like he has been hardbooting for months. I am starting to suspect this was all a hoax and he really started hardbooting last year!! Tim and Trevor chillin on the ride back up Ross catching some video of Tim on his Rad-Air Tanker 192cm Second dot from the top of the hill is Ross killing one of the steeper bumpier runs on his FIRST day of hardboots.

cassandtim
Trevor and I had an awesome time at T-Line with Bryan and Ross. The conditions favored the Tanker style but that thing still carves the groom sooooo nicely. Bryan, Trevor was so stoked watching your riding. He knew right away which one you were from the lift way down the run. Such a smooth rider. I'm trying to get there myself someday. Practice, practice. Ross, I'll definitely concur with Bryan about your taking to the HB's like a bird to the wing. Welcome to the addiction and great job! I'm counting the days till OES when the whole group can connect again for some more ripping runs. Always a great thing to ride great people! Cheers, -T
