Sounds like you both have different damage issues, but never the less, someone (shipper or shipping company) needs to fix it. Be sure to keep all of the packing materials for them to inspect. I know of a dozen boards (178cm) that arrived in perfect condition (no scratches, in the wrapper) for Prosportsdirect. If you didn't buy from that Prosports, then I can't help. Good luck, Hugh I ordered mine from Prosports as well and they responded swiftly via email when I notified them of the damage. They seem to be running a good, professional business.
