I know of a dozen boards (178cm) that arrived in perfect condition (no scratches, in the wrapper) for Prosportsdirect. If you didn't buy from that Prosports, then I can't help.

I ordered mine from Prosports as well and they responded swiftly via email when I notified them of the damage. They seem to be running a good, professional business. I am awaiting specifics on how to arrange swapping the board for a non-damaged one. They used UPS for shipping.
