I said new w/ question marks as these have no wear marks on either the mounting plate, boot plate or bails. It looks like there has not been a boot in the binding. The bindings are complete except for the instructions (which I can get) and also the dip stick that you use to determine the lift/cant of the binding and the original box that they came in. The binding come with the standard flex rings, not the new D3 rings. Mounting disks are 4 hole mounting only I am asking 235.00 plus shipping to the lower 48. If you want more pics, let me know.
