Is it common for the little clip that keeps the upper plastic pull on the intech heel clipped onto the metal wire to break? I've had to change my heels to different boots 3 times and the little clips are pretty beat up. John E Posted April 7, 2008 Report Share Posted April 7, 2008 I haven't lost the little clip but I did have the cable break right where it enters the handle (on the rear boot).
