AaronG Posted February 13, 2008 Report Share Posted February 13, 2008 Not sure what you folks are doing on the night of the 13th but I have been listening to a new young female musician, her name is Colby Caillat and she will be performing on Wed, Feb.13 at 8:00 pm at the Belly Up in Aspen. She has an incredible voice and just sings along with an acoustic guitar. If you dont have any plans, I would recomend checking her out. Looking at the itinerary it appears that nothing is scheduled other than a kegger at the bottom of Highlands after the day snowboarding session. JoelP Posted February 13, 2008 Report Share Posted February 13, 2008 here's the problem with the BUp, I love going there if the music is loud and danceable but if there is any acoustic type I stay away. The Belly Up is such a social scene everyone just talks during the shows and socialize. Very Very hard to hear anything unless it's very loud. It's kind of obnoxious to spend money to go listen to a very talented musician and NOT hear them....I've been very frustrated there many times.
