Dave ESPI Posted January 20, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 20, 2008 Didn't see any hardbooters, but one kid was on a Pogo with softgear. I did 1st place in my age group in teh MDVC race, and was second fastest boarder all day and I was in softboot setup (didn't bring hard gear because I had no idea what to expect for conditions) Coulda been fastest in hardboots as it was a mere 2 second gap between fastest time for snowboarder any my time of 35.82. Nice mountain, tad small, but good to go and the aptmosphere was fun with the sun out and nice trails. A bit busy with holiday weekend traffic, so carving would not have been a wise idea anyway.
