Trollhaugen update/heads up

MUD

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I went to Trollhaugen yesterday. It is not really a "carving" area. If you go there make sure you bring a board with a short side cut. The one hill that is fun to carve and you can get in more than 2 carves is right in the front and is very busy.

The snow was good and I like the laid back atmosphere of the place.

I have never been asked "what is that?" more times in my life. They must not get many carvers up there. I got a little tired of it and when a women said "That is the biggest board I have ever seen. What is it for?" I said, "I'm compensating". and pushed off to the llift..... I know, I was tired.

It is a fun area to play, I had my nephew there and we did have a blast. Just don't go there with ONLY your carving board.

Oh yeah, the light was flat!
