Chris Houghton Posted March 8, 2004 Report Share Posted March 8, 2004 The majority of skiiers that I talk to are interested in alpine boarding, but WILL NOT be seen flopping around on the beginner hill - so their own pride stops them. They are interested, yes, but won't commit to the learning curve. I tell them that I've had skiiers carving in one day, they say that's still too long. Everyone wants instant gratification!
