For those who don't know, Ogden, Utah (located 30 minutes north of Salt Lake City is fast becoming a hub for distributors of ski and snowboard gear: Volant Atomic Salomom Nidecker Rossignol Scott Descente All have been relocating to Ogden, Utah. Think: Snowbasin. Yep, that can only mean demo tents and schwag in the future. Of the companies listed, I can think of one that is still producing alpine snowboards, and I'm unsure of Volant. Are they still involved in alpine (snowboarding)? And does Atomic produce Oxygen (alpine) snowboards still? Rossi still makes the Undertaker but, just try and get one stateside anymore.
