So who's up for riding this week and/or weekend? I replied to an old post also, but don't think that will get much attention. Anyone keen? Ian M Posted February 25, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 25, 2007 I ride Fortune frequently, 'cause it is so close to home, but also tried Edelweiss last week. Have yet to ride Vorlage or Cascade. Edelweiss has an odd/cool slope under the high-speed quad; it has a massive dip near the top of the hill that you can really bomb into, and pull some good G's coming back up. I bumped into a patroller there on plates who was really good also. Fortune Wednesday night sounds good - around 6:30pm? Which lodge do you want to meet at? I'm a little under the weather right now, but should be okay to ride by wednesday. I'm willing myself to get better so I can ride. If I can't make it, I'll post Wednesday aft. before 3pm. It would seem that I've picked up a wicked chest cold, and I am having trouble working, let alone riding. Despite the beautiful weather, I'm going to have to pass on tomorrow night. But when I rise again, I'll be even faster! Mwwaaa haaa haaaa haaa! (evil laugh!) I'll post again when healthy. 'Till then, lay some nice trenches for me!
