Guest StonedRider Posted January 13, 2007 Report Share Posted January 13, 2007 All I have to say is WOW! Yesterday's storm brought some of the best weather and snow to Big Bear that I have ever seen. The powder was so light, I felt like I was in Colorado. At one point temps dropped below 0 on the base. The powder stayed light until Summit closed at 6 PM. If anyone from SoCal was contemplating going up, now is the time. The snow will probably never be this good again for the rest of the season. Also, if anyone gets hungry, I recommend No Name Pizza Co. I finally stopped by there on the way back down the hill, best pizza I ever had!
