The first I guess I wouldn't really know about.. The second.. It looks to me that they're right.. There's just barely any angle to them. Possibly a little negative on the rear foot. Its a goofy Asym board with the bindings mounted regular. the angles I didn't even look at to closely but they appear a little off as well.
