Guest hweinstein
Hi, I'm looking for a decent pair of hard boots, sized 27. I'm new to the carving community, but have been riding on soft boots for years, and am a level 2 CASI instructor (that's in Canada), so I am proficient in carving in soft boots. I have a junky pair of used hard boots (that are now falling apart) and a Burton ALP board. I've only been out a few times on plates, but am starting to see why you guys are so into it. I'm looking for a comfortable and supportive pair of hard boots that will take me to the next level. Anybody out there have something that would qualify? BDZal
I have some 26.5 Raichle 224s that you can have for the price of shipping. They might be too small (26 shell) but if you put an Intuition liner in then they would probably be perfect. They are in good shape. One buckle is a little loose but should stay put, and a spoiler is missing from one boot (I may be able to find it). I used them for one season, about 35 days.
