  1. Because that is what a gun is for. If the intent is to threaten someone bring a bat. It has more than one purpose, a gun does not.

For people that take shooting sports seriously there is a set of rules that are followed. Guns are not toys and any mistake can have a huge impact on many lives. A safety is like a seat belt or a helmet it is a mechanical device that can fail. People involved in shooting sports understand the possible outcome of a loaded weapon.

    Just my 2 cents.

  2. I don't think there is an east/west in gun ownersip I think Dr.D was referencing the fact that the "opponents" to the thread were from our coast... Not a fair representation of how things are here since there are more "Rod and Bottles" in NH than post offices.:D

  3. Watch it with the you Easterners... :D Live Free or Die

So have you started the "Show us your Gun" thread yet?

I dont know about Diversity in that pic I don't see as Clint Smith would call it

"one of those things you carry so you can get to your guns".

  4. I was there yesterday,1/4 snow was "tight" there was plenty on the edges but by noon it was pretty hard. I don't know what they are getting today, if they get more rain this week will be a wash. EZE what's the weather? There were a couple other hard booters up there, I ran into Eric S. from Preformance Downhill and a friend of his as I was on the way out. I should be up one day this weekend, hope it gets cold enough to blow some snow.

Geoff do we get to see the new Virus if we show up on a Wednesday?

  5. This is a late comment, A friend who owned a shop years ago suggested to run a bottom tap in the inserts before you mount bindings. I did the same thing with a new Winterstick 15 years ago and then he told me that. He chased the threads on every board they got in for rentals, thats a lot of threads.

  6. I love them. I put them on my Coiler AMT since all the stories of damage to Titinal boards. I had a set of F2 RS on a GTS and liked them a lot. The big thing with the F2 bindings (that was fixed in the TD3's) that I didn't like in other intec bindings was the heal reciever. I have about 25 days on them and they ride very damp. I was concerened with being that far off the board but you don't even notice. I had Cateks with a plate on the board first and I like the feel of the F2's on this board better. I would never put them on my Madd but for the AM they are great.

  7. I used these for a couple years then my wife used them for the past 2 years until she discovered intec. They are good for a lighter rider but if your over 160lbs or aggressive please don't buy them. As with all the "vintage" equipment know what you are buying. They are in good working shape or I would not have taught my wife to carve with them. You get everything in the pictures. I ship U.S. only since I just found out how much they try to hit you to ship to Canada. Price is $45 shipped anywhere in the U.S.
