  1. I unfortunately need to part with this board. I bought it 05-06, it is a stock board and has a total of about 20 days. It is in immaculate condition, and has a fresh race tune. The bindings are Catek OS2 step-in long plates and are all silver in color. The heel block has average wear. I would rather sell it as a complete package, but would be open to separating it. Freeride board trades considered.

    Axis 177 $350

Used OS2 SI Long $200 or New OS2 SI Long $250 (In box)

    Thanks,

  2. I am a big fan of Never Summer Boards, however I am looking to trade this board for something else. This board is a new 06-07. I rode it once, and it is still in excellent shape. I just did not like the wide width. I would prefer something from Donek or Coiler, but I am open to suggestions. I weigh 250+, so leave the soft flexing boards in your closet. E-mail me for pics or any other questions.

    Thanks,

    Mr. Colon

P.S. Bobby Buggs what's goin' on player?

you clearly missed the controversial deleted thread pertaining to Tyler's spot...

My Bad! I did not mean to stir up bad blood on this issue. I guess thats what happens when you search for threads that have been deleted. :nono:

However, thanks for all the insights; I now have a better understanding of this article and the issue at large. IMHO who ever goes Good Luck and Go for the Gold!

  6. I mounted up my 4807 expecting a great powder day at Loon, and got ganked! They only had about five inches and most of it had been groomed. However, it was a great day to rideand it was the only board I brought. The 178 rides like a much smaller board. It performed better than I thought considering the condtions. It is a very stable and damp board and will take whatever you throw at it. The boat nose allows it floats over everything, including little skiers. In the powder I did find, it floated effortlessly. I found it to be more responsive in powder than on groomed snow.

The board does carve nicely, it just takes alot more input than you'd expect. But, that could just be my riding. This board would be welcome addition into any quiver; even if you don't get alot of powder days. I had as much fun riding this board as any other. It was definitely worth the 70 dollars I paid for it.

Classic quote of the day, "Look at that funny board Daddy!"
