    We were riding so hard my pants seem to have self ventilated. Well there's a hole where there wasn't a hole when I started. I'm not gonna say how it got there, but I think the trenches may have had something to do with it....

    Tabatha - Tabatha (aka: Tabby) - most evenings and most weekends (pretty much open to suggestions)

    CaRtharsis - Chris Hampton - weeknights - weekends(sundays) and can be easily convinced to take a weekday.

    Loopback - Paul - GoodToGo just about anytime except weekend days, 5+ weeks of vacation to use or lose by April!!

    Keyser Soze - possibly Monday or Friday evening

    Knightchocolate - Brian (Tabby's teacher at Fortune)

    Philpjo - Phil - Week nights and weekend days work for me. Any other times, need a bit of notice. Need to block off time from reffing hockey. Only nights I can't make it is if my daughter is playing hockey. Loopback and I are talking about doing $10 Thursdays at Calabogie in Feb.

    Just cleaning this post up a bit.

    So loopback are you interested in riding tonight? Ian and Tabby will be @ Vorlage @ 6 and I'll be there sometime after.

    Keyser, Bruce and I had numerous discussions about Cateks on Metal. He prefers the TD's. That being said, he has numerous people riding Cateks on his boards and has yet to actually see any issues. My VSR will have extra reinforcements built in to help compensate. That being said, I am a big guy and can lay ALOT of pressure to my edges so we are being proactive in the construction.

    I will still be installing the catek plates just cause I don't want to mess up the top sheet more than anything. And the new setup will be run on D3's so we'll see how all that works out.

    I was on the top of the hill with my Dad waiting for the hill to clear. I asked the older gentleman on skis if he would like to go. He said no I love watching you guys carve the hill go ahead! The same day a skier asked me if my snowboard was broken. I replied no I bought it this way. Perhaps it was the stubby nose. The day before we were riding with Bruce V. My Dad has a new VSR with a snake skin topsheet. Bruce loudly complemented my Dad on his huge snake!! Lots of funny looks in the lift line!!!:biggthump

    Sorry to move off topic, but is his VSR the custom 180 Bruce built? He's building me a 177 medium but I was debating going longer.

    Ha! I know Gord. Have known him quite awhile. He used to bartend at Gracies West and also worked the bar at Edelweiss. Small world. I was talking to him at Kunstadt las week when I was in looking for a helmet.

    I can do a Sunday ride maybe but next week is out for me. Perhaps the week after next. Wife is on evenings so that means I'm solo parenting.

    Speaking of Tremblant. Anyone in for a day trip or preferably an overnight?

    And the cry continues over here. Seems as though both my Prior's have some de-lam. Suspected it on the short one but big red only has a handful of days on it. Also there is no visible damage in the de-laminated area. Gotta love tuners who still do everything by hand and actually take the time to inspect the board. Hats off to Jose!!

    Possibly just an English expression. Je n'ai acun d'idee comment on peut le dire en francais.

    "off to the races" implies simply that all tasks are finished one is ready to go.

    Hey. I'm game for evenings. Dropping the boards for fresh grind and wax tomorrow afternoon. When Ian gets back to town we will be baking my liners and we will be off to the races. Could posibly ride this weekend for a few hours in my old boots if anyone is up for it.

    Email me for contact info. Need to ride at least one night a week this year. Lost most of th season last year so alot of time to make up for.
