  1. We had two feet of snow in the yard Saturday morning after the storm and it's pretty much gone. We are into the 60's all this week. But spring skiing and boarding is in full swing. Chair 2 parking lot was full yesterday by 9:00am. I had to park up the road a little bit. Heading up there this morning.

  2. So I got a new pair of RC 8's, and trying to dial them in but I have a huge problem under my ankle on my right foot. It seems like the shell is digging the liner into that area. The left foot is ok. But I have done everything I can think of. Adjusted the can't, put in footbeds. Is it possible the shell has a defect? Am I going to have to get thermoliners?

  3. Thanks for responding Corey,

I used to ride in the 90's so I'm familiar with getting boots that fit, especially ones where the heels don't ride up. I have L shaped feet. Not much of a top arch, so the heel support of the UPZ might be the better idea. I can probably find a boot fitter here in Mammoth to help with the fit. Which UPZ did you get? And really like them?

  4. Looking for someone who has long feet like me. I posted that I was looking to get back into carving, but my feet grew two sizes in the last 20 years. So now I'm a US13 0r 30.5. I tried on a pair of used 29.5 and they were putting too much pressure on my toes. Trying not to spend $600.00 on a new pair of boots. So anyone out there with a used pair they want to sell?

  5. Hey,

I met A guy named Tom who told me you have a place here in Mammoth and come up a lot. I live in Mammoth and wanting to get back into carving again. I'd like to plug into the carving community and not sure who in Mammoth is doing it. I personally don't know of anybody but would love to ride with some people when they come up. I hear you carve in soft boots, which would be cool to learn more about.

    Anyway, I'd like to connect.
