I am trying to replace a tonque in a pair of brand new upz boots. However, the tongue mount bolt just spins so we can't unscrew the screw? Of the 4 we need to remove, 3 of the mount bolts are just spinning. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the screw? I have tried for a good hour attempting to hold the bolt with a wrench, pliers etc. I am not really sure what else to try. Any tips as are much appreciated as I'm just "the mom" "the mom" ;-) Thanks!
