  1. Bad ankle break has kept me off the snow for 3 seasons now. Hopefully this 3rd surgery coming up will allow me to get back on my Swoard!
  2. ^^Yep. I got the Snow Stix from Mike years ago when I worked in the water ski industry. He was working with HO Water Skis at putting them on their high end skis so I used my HO connection to score some and he told me over the phone to get them as close to the bindings as possible. Ironically I also bought the Knifer through the water ski industry too, as my Obrien water ski rep at the time was also the WD rep.;)
  3. Knifer, Alp, UPS, and Reactors are all sold. Thanks everyone! Rossi SIS stuff is still available.
  4. Knifer, Alp, Reactors, and UPS/Alpina are all pending sale. Still have the Rossi SIS boots and bindings for sale
  5. Sorry, I just went back through my e mails and found yours after you reminded on Bomber. I've been flooded with e mails from this ad. e mail sent
  6. Cleaning out the basement. All items are best offer. E mail = gradyhuber at yahoo dot com Everything is in working condition. Boards have no major dings or base repair and plenty of edge left. Boots have no cracks, just the usual scratches that come with the sport. Both boards haven't seen snow in 10 years. Reactors, 5 years. Rossi's, 3 years. UPS, 342 BC. 161 Wild Duck TD Knifer w/ WD bindings and snow stix (like I said, old skooool) - Also have 1 extra WD binding for spare parts 163 Burton Alp w bindings Burton Reactors -size mondo 28 UPS/Alpina boot -size US 12 (compliments Burton Safari boards well) Rossi SIS step-in highback binding and soft boot set up -size US 11
  7. Carvedog, I still have the boots. Make me an offer?
  8. KC UPZ's tend to be on the wider side, but I doubt they will fit a US12. They are mondo 28-28.5, which I think is 10-11 US.
  9. Paul, I had a deposit down, and was on a waiting list for a season and a 1/2 to get these boots. Since then, I changed my whole style of riding, from race style (narrow stiff boards, stiff boots, and high angles) to Extreme Carving style (Swoard, flexible Northwave boots, riding flat with low angles). I really wanted to get some Northwave race boots but they don't make them anymore. So I was hoping the UPZ's would work similar to the Northwave's. I waited so long for them that when my name came up on the list, I bought them hoping they might work for EC style. Unfourtunately they are too stiff for EC style. As luck would have it, I had found a guy in the Swiss Alps that was selling his Northwave boots right after I bought the UPZ's, so now I have the boots I really want which work unbelievable for EC. Because I sold my race board, and I finally found my Northwave's, I'm selling the UPZ's. The UPZ's are great boots. They have the smallest sole for less hang over, 5 buckles so your heel stays down, tons of adjustment, and are the lightest boot I've ever been in. They are just meant to be ridden differently than my new style.
  10. Yes They are Intec compatible. I had actually bought the Intec heels to go with the boots, but ended up selling the heels to a friend.
  11. Selling 2005 UPZ RSV superlight 5 buckle race boots. Boots only used a 1/2 a day! Size mondo 28-28.5. Boots sell for $400US new. Asking $320US
  12. Steve I'm using old Burton Reactors in the walk position, and Catek world cup bindings. When I sell my new Catek Olympic step-ins, I'm going to buy some TD2's. Then I can sell my old world cups. I'm trying to get my hands on some Northwave .900's, but if I can't find any, I'll have to try a spring modified AF600
  13. Thanks for the reply artnshel, but I'm going to pass on your offer. The UPZ boots are $400 + shipping from the Rep. new. Mine are only a 1/2 day old! Lee, In my opinion, the UPZ's are great boots for racing. Tons of support and micro adjustments because of the 5 buckles. No heel lift at all! Lots of power and leverage. But for the Swoard, I found them too stiff. The Swoard seems to be more of a Cadillac than a race car. The Swoard likes to cruise on autopilot and needs a softer suspension (boots and bindings) for EC.
