  1. Hey everyone i tried to gsell this board last year with no success and am trying to sell it asap now for $400.  Its in great condition, only ridden during one season and raced a few times.  Plenty of edge and i took great care of the base and waxed every other day.  It has a ptex topsheet that looks really cool and just has light marks from an F-Plate and UPM and 4x4 mounts.  This is a great board to race on or for fast carving.

  2. Hey everyone I have a Donek Rev I'm trying to sell, I had a post with it a few months ago with another board but I never got rid of this one.  I rode this board for half a season and raced it a few times but its in great shape and I took good care of it, it was waxed every few days and edges always polished.  The base and topsheet are both in almost new condition with no scratches and just some minor marks from the bindings, the topsheet is also made of p-tex so it adds a little extra damping.  Has plenty of edge left.  This board is awesome it has really great edge hold and is so smooth even in the iciest snow.  Great for racing or even just carving up the mountain.  I'd like to sell it for $550 which i think is a pretty fair price but feel free to make me an offer!

I have some more detailed photos of the edge and base and such for anyone who is interested.

    $550 obo

  3. Guessing this is long gone by now but thought I would check.  Still have it?

hey man, if this board is not still available I have the same board but with a p-tex topsheet that I need to sell. same price and I have pics in another thread

  4. Hello everyone I have two boards I need to sell.  I have taken care of them really well, waxed every few days and always kept the edges polished.  They both have very clean bases and no dings.  I can send more detailed pictures if you are interested.  I may also sell my Donek REV 157 if anyone is interested.

Donek Rev 180 $600- ridden half a season and raced maybe 5 times, no scratches/dings, perfect base, plenty of edge.  just has some light marks from an F-plate that will come out if you wax the topsheet.  P-Tex top sheet, gives some extra damping and better flex pattern.

F2 Speedster 175 $250- Ridden one season, great condition. P-Tex topcoat.  Fiberglass construction.  This is a really fun poppy board, it rides great in west coast/rocky mountain snow, its a bit tougher in really icy stuff.

  5. Hello everyone,

here I have a few things I need to sell.  Why am I selling it all?  Well I decided to move to Hawaii and need to get rid of my hard booting gear and just keep one of my soft boards for whenever I venture back into some mountains.  You can pick up anything in Steamboat, CO so you don't pay for shipping or I will ship it for whatever that costs.  I took very good care of my boards, waxed every 2-3 days and maintained my edges whenever needed, they all look and ride beautifully.  Feel free to make me an offer on anything if you think its a high price and I will consider it.  The Rev boards are full metal construction and make fantastic race boards but also one of my favorites for just free carving very easy to ride and grip so well even in the iciest east coast conditions.

    Boards:

Donek Rev 180 $750- ridden half a season and raced maybe 5 times, no scratches/dings, perfect base, plenty of edge.  just has some light marks from an F-plate that will probably come out when the top sheet is waxed.  P-Tex top sheet, get some extra damping and better flex from it.

Donek Rev 163 $650- Ridden half a season by me and about the same by another rider, riden in gates and raced a few times although you can not tell as there are no dings or major scratches (just a few little ones on the base) some top sheet marks from a plate not bad though, Plenty of edge.  This one also has a P-tex top sheet for better damping/flex.

Prior WCR 163 SOLD!- Bought this board on here a year ago but only rode it once.  Lots of fun, tons of camber.  Good condition, it has a few top sheet scratches but they do not effect performance of course.

    (maybe for sell)

F2 Speedster 175 $350- Ridden one season, great condition. P-Tex topsheet

    Boots:

Deeluxe Track 325 SOLD!- Really nice comfy boots, I only molded the liners once.  Great condition and they are size 26 with 25.5 liners.  I have the normal heels still

UPZ RC10 SOLD!- great boot for narrow heels, only ridden half a season and in really good condition.  they have got really nice flex and not nearly as stiff as you would expect, I'm very light and have no problem flexing them.  Size 25's.

    Bindings:

F2 Intec Titanflex SOLD!- good bindings, they have and extra damping layer thats pretty cool and you can take it off if you like.

Burton Race Plates SOLD!- race plates! good condition, not ridden much, great for light riders/racers.  they come with the original box and I have 3D and 4x4 discs for them.

    Other:

F2 Intec Heels $50- great condition.  If someone wants these with the bindings or boots I would rather it go to them before I sell them to anyone else

    Plate system:

    Donek F-Plate SOLD!

  6. I was wondering if someone could help me out. I'm on a 171 Kessler GS and a 154 Kessler SL and looking for something that would be appropriate for a first plate for a 70kg girl. I've heard a VIST plate would be good, but I've also heard that it's quite heavy. If anyone has any recommendations or anything, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Sounds like you might be racing?

The Vist is very good the only drawbacks are weight and setup. However, you can lighten the Vist with the V Disc from Apex, it replaces the Aluminum plate with Carbon fiber. The Vist also stiffens the board in the places it contacts, of course, but it is very smooth and easy to ride and responsive on edge transition and has a direct feel that you lose with some plates. You can also set it up in a few different ways (back foot sliding, both slide, front foot slide) which is kind of cool. There is also the Donek F Plate which works in a very similar way at a much lower weight. The Donek is easier to set up and can be moved across boards quickly with only eight screws. The Donek is slightly taller but not noticeable it is also softer which is nice for some people. I ride and race with the Donek in USASA and the Nor-Am tour and I am very happy with it, it is light, cheaper, and easier to get than VIST. You could also look into the Kessler World Cup plate I can not say much about it because I don't own one and have never rode it but I can say it works the same way as VIST and F plate but it does have one nice feature of adjustable width so it will fit your board width perfect it would also match with your Kesslers :)

  7. Maybe even a couple of Burton/Ibex bindings as well. It seems like a lot of the carvers like Bomber TD2/TD3 bindings, but they aren't favored by racers. Is this correct? Do racers usually prefer bindings with more flex?

Most of the guys use F2 there is also carve company and ibex (same binding) and another I forget the name of (I think it is Hoof bindings). You may have noticed a few on F2 step ins too ( I think there were 2) not very common in for racers but it works for some. Yes racers typically prefer a more flexible binding a big reason is through ruts and such not as much is transferred to the legs for a smoother ride, it feels to me like the board moves more freely through the rough stuff. Even the Sidewinders are stiffer than most racers like because they only provide flex in one direction (in the pivots) the aluminum and steel is very stiff a plastic (mostly) binding has flex all around.
