mo_writer, the LCI usually congregates first thing in the morning Base Lodge in the area to the left of the bar for first tracks. I'm sure some will respond to your inquiry if they aren't working. Unfortunately as visitors, we (me anyway) often forget the locals still have jobs they need to be at for income. Hopefully you will have the opportunity to ride with them as ALL of them are a great bunch! Don't be afraid to ask, and they won't be afraid to tell. Great times with awesome people. They'll show you around with the do's and don'ts of Lovey lifts etc. Don't be hesitant about taking the short bus over to the Valley and checking out Sidewinder (I think it was, trail furthest to the left) nice and wide, sometimes still making first tracks in the afternoon!
