Ever tried to convince someone NOT to straightline?

I find the more people out there bombing down their own 6' path, the more I end up doing the exact same thing, I'm always paranoid that if i take up a fair chunk of restate on a run I'm just begging to get hit by a straightliner. -

Last time I checked with exotic, they had sold the last of the Cults. Some nice deals on tankers though.

I'll be on the hill on Tuesday, with a gaggle of family and friends. Will keep an eye out for anyone hardbooting to say hi, but probably wont be able to tag along with anyone. Thinking of hitting Sunshine or Louise on Sunday the 2nd though.

I would just pull the ebay auction if you get a committed buyer here, you arent obligated to anyone on ebay unless the auction ends with a winning bidder imho. -

Not sure if anyone else has Monday off, it'll be my inaugural day on my new setup. If anyone needs or wants a ride out there im fine with picking you up at the petro station. If you are already out there and happen to see me, try not to laugh too hard.

Alberta Carving Club - Nakiska Expression Session 2011

So, i'll be rocking my first alpine setup here in the next day or two (coiler AM-t), being that you guys don't seem to mind noobs, i'll be in for at least the friday and saturday. Also up for any monday rides this season if anyone has them off, I plan on heading out on pretty much every monday between now and spring. -

Got you beat. Just dropped into one of our larger snowboard retailers and was told that "no one makes boards over 166 anymore. There is no need as the new materials make a short board better at speed and powder and really just plain anything over a longer board" when i asked what a longer length board with these new materials and shapes might ride like, he just repeated that there was no need at all for them.
