  1. I have a pair of Deeluxe Track 325T 08/09 Model alpine snowboard boots for sale. I bought them new from bomber, and they only have three outings of use on them. I really like the boots unfortunately the bootfitter at my local ski shop does not know how to size boots. They are in complete working order, but sadly they are not my size. E-mail me if interested: cdonlon1@gmail.com -I wasn't able to attach pictures, please e-mail me, and I can send you the pictures via e-mail. Thanks!
  2. Rookie carver looking to purchase plate bindings 4x4 (burton/ibex) and Hard boots. Would appreciate if anyone could e-mail me with offers, and pictures. Thanks! elarson8454@gmail.com
  3. Looking for a great all mountain carve board!! Around 21-23 cm waist. 166-174 length (200lbs. 6ft) Nothing super expensive; under $200. New to the carving scene, so I would like to get started on something like this. Already have boots and bindings. If you have something like this, or know somebody that is looking to sell please let me know! cdonlon1@gmail.com Thanks!!!!
  4. Hopefully we can meet up at Butternut or Mohawk.
  5. That's exciting news, we'll keep our fingers crossed!
  6. What's the length of the fat one? Waist?
  7. Any carvers at either of these mountains? I get a season pass to Butternut because it's so cheap (275 no-blackout), and it has terrain; and if the snow's good room to progress. Mohawk has cheap mid-week prices and is a good option after work. All of my friends are getting the Butternut pass as well, it's hard to turn down with the price and drive from southern CT. I know the wknd is crowded, I was a season pass holder last year, but if get there right for first lift you have a solid two hrs. to rip the groomers.
  8. Everyone-- Would love to demo someone's gear/get some tips in the Connecticut/ Mass area. Right now I am riding a rossignol Jeremy Jones 166 ( a free ride soft boot board) but threw plates on the board. I was looking at something in the 215cm to 235cm waist, i love the swoard board(expensive), and what I see on you tube with the guys in switzerland, :10-:30 maybe not full laid out carving, but that aggressive style; high edge angle leaving a trench with some g force more towards the beginning of the videoThanks!
  9. Ursle-- 1. What zipfit liner would you recommend for recreational free carving? I have deeluxe 325 T's would that be a good match? 2. Where can I purchase them from, I checked out the website, and I was trying to find the nearest retailer to Connecticut. 3. What would be the price, the website didn't quote me a price, I am assuming It may be a shop by shop price?
  10. Yeah Berkshire East is a little bit of a drive. I was hoping Mohawk would offer a decent option after work, just to fine tune the skills for the bigger mountain carve experience. Coming from New Haven *Ace-- You will have to let me know when your going to Mohawk or even Butternut. ( Butternut has $25 mid-week prices) $35 on wknds if you qualify for a discount (college, police..etc) I would love to learn from other carvers, and gain some useful knowledge. Since it's few and far between that you can find an instructor; plus I would imagine it would be pricey.
  11. Ursle-- Thanks for the help. I actually called Sean at Pro boot and spoke with him. He was stoked to hear people were recommending him on bomber. I will most likely be heading up there if I need any further tweaking. Everybody-- Thanks for all the replies!!! It's much appreciated, hopefully this thread helps others in the area find full comfort and performance in their boots.
  12. Hey thanks! I'll have to keep that in mind next time I am up at Stratton!
  13. I am having a hell of a time finding a GOOD boot fitter that knows what the heck he is doing with alpine gear in Connecticut. Anybody have any suggestions, please help!
  14. Yeah stratton is nice...but it's a drive and expensive. Butternut has the $275 no-black out pass! Can't beat it if your carving on a budget! I was looking into get a night pass to Mohawk. How are the conditions at night, still snow to carve, or all ice?
  15. Any carvers go to ski butternut?
