Found this snowboard in my attic again... totally forgot I had tried to sell it. Can anyone take it off my hands for, say, $60?

The length of the stress fracture is essentially equal to the radius of the black circle.

There are no raised areas on the board anywhere. I am starting to think that the stress fracture may have always been there, and I just noticed it recently. Keep in mind that the fracture (almost just a scratch) is a good 18 inches away from the the front binding screws, and 8 inches from the front tip of the board.

I'll check to see if there's a raised area anywhere on the board when I get home tonight. I just went ahead and got me a Donek Incline with the custom dimensions that I need since I'm a bit bigger weighing in at 220 lbs. at 6' tall, and bigger boots. Carves great, highly recommended, but I think I still need another board for those days where there's a good bit of powder everywhere. Maybe the Donek Nomad or the Jones Hovercraft :D.

No, I bought it new old stock, so it was sitting around for awhile, but the board has only been used for 2 days. The crack appeared sometime within 1 year after the first use (I only noticed it when I got it out of the attic to sell). I used it with soft boots. My friend used it the second time with hard boots and the crack did not seem to expand at all. That's not to say that it won't expand further in the future.

As far as I can see it is only in the top sheet. I don't think I can even open it up to check (don't want to either), but I don't see any glass fibers sticking out. and the crack is only 3 inches in the dead center of the board. Looks to me like a purely cosmetic stress fracture that should not even get worse with use. You can try and open it up and throw down some epoxy to fix it. I guess it had been sitting a while before I first used it which may have caused it to happen. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to provide assurance that the board is OK.

I'm sorry there are a couple of things I need to correct. The board has now been used for two days (2). I had planned on selling this board (and posted it here), but a friend convinced me to let him use it on a trip we were going on. He used it for one day. When he loaded it into the tube to transport it, he accidentally put it on top of his other board which had a rather sharp stomp pad, so that explains the gouges on the bottom of it... a shame :( (see photo) There is the previously mentioned stress fracture in the top sheet resin, and also a couple of dings on the edge of the board. There is also a couple of scratches on the bottom compliments of TSA. (see photos). I believe I have photos of every mark on the board that will be attached. That said, the Board will now go for $175 OBO. I suspect that the board came from around 2006-2007, so it's becoming a classic quickly. I had bought it new old stock from another person on this forum about a year ago. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

Just realized I had a picture of the fracture on my phone. It should be easily repairable with some epoxy if desired. It shouldn't affect the functioning of the board. I'll get pictures of the board up later.

My bad, I should have included that info. I bought the board New Old Stock from another member of this forum. I will throw up some pictures when I get home this evening.
