Re-Laminate my old wooden Burton Performer Elite 150

It may have had a foam layer at some point, but appears to be dried glue on wood. I've added some photos. Not looking to ride on it, so just asking for advice to restore for the "man cave". thanks

I held onto my old Burton Performer, but failed to take good care of it. The bottom base has come completely off the board, so I'm looking for best way to "glue" it back on. Thanks for any tips!
