Both the intec and the fintec heels will work. The intec won't scratch up the heel plate as fast 5-7 years, the fintec are steel and will scratch the heel faster 3-5 years There used to be bomber butter aka a waterproof type of grease that you put a little right above the holes to let the pins slide in better I still use it with my intecs and have 15 years on the heels most people do switch out the heels for steel plate to go with the fintecs You should love the Coiler I have the 174 energy and balance
