Hello, here's a little clip of me trying to get the full extension.
Basically, the problem I have is that when I do get low, I want to extend my legs but the edges are so locked in that they don't move at all. I tried putting more of the weight onto my upper body after getting low to relieve this pressure, but I am not sure if that's the right technique to do it.
I have gotten some fully extended lay downs by fluke, but I'm wondering if anyone out here do see a obvious problem, if things can be seen from the video at all.
One of the problems I do think I have is that my weights sort of near the back, hence the very sharp turn that I get when I do get low.
