Broke mine in 2 hours day 1. El hefe carbon highbacks both cracked. Not broken but not up to the task. One of the few experiments away from flow over the last 27 years on flow that pretty much went the same way. Only bindings that held up were Nidecker carbon 900 from 10+ years ago. Stuff breaks but the el hefe’s went way too fast
What are you using now?

I had 2 Ride El hefe
2 ride LX
1 ride Revolt
When I was using more than 7-8 boards a few years ago.
The El hefe the ankle strap after maybe 2years wouldn't work correctly but with every bindings models I had Ride sent me everything and a full bag of replacement parts years after warranty.
The El hefe highback didn't broke for me. Very stiff.
I was always over tightening the ankle strap and with my ballooning from 190 to 210pounds without gears it wasn't really the best after numerous years. Working on losing weight but that's another story...
Sold everything So I will try another company next.
Is the A10 better? Maybe for "LIGHTWEIGHT BABY"?

Good reviews
But in Canada it's a 900$ board with taxes here at least in Quebec.
Wondering if there's not a lot more options like Coiler or Alloy etc. That might be better.
Still good options of the shelf I guess.

Tu y vas quand ?
Man 3 dernier jours vraiment beau.

A+

5th time on mines and looking good.
Model large stiffest.
Had to try a few more places to put as it was hurting when between the liner and shell of the boot.
I put mine just under the first laces outher boot shell and it's fine.
Great supports on my aging Malamutes from 2017.
Would recommend.

Bought this in 2021 for a trip out west and never had the opportunity to go unfortunately.
It's 100% new
It's called the caldera now. Same board.
Here a pretty good review: https://www.snowboardingforum.com/threads/telos-caldera-164-review.278929/
Links to the specs: https://telossnowboards.com/products/caldera-clearance
Paid way too much because of shipping and taxes that were horrible.
Very cool graphics
Will get better shot when I go get it at my ex .
Willing to trade for something more carving related, you see my other 2 boards... maybe more turny for a small local hump at 134m.
Or make me and offer.
Thanks for the space.

That's a dream bike right there @ShortcutToMoncton
Have any pics?
Pandemic was my return to mtb as in DH.
Stopped so many years...
I ride mostly Bromont, Saint Sauveur MSS, Sutton etc.
Lots of place to ride in Quebec.
Changed also to many times my bikes. Always used ones.
It's a great sport and DH gets my adrenaline pumping way up.
I'm mostly on the Mullet Glory now and my Commencal e-bike. Hardtail week days around house.
Might as well talking bike with no snow.

Dave, ps I got hammered by BS UPS fees. Are all the Canadians paying $48 in do-nothing UPS brokerage fees? I don’t think UPS is the way to be sending this type of stuff (or else choose the up-front shipping option that includes all fees).
Same here. 67$ in Quebec for à 72usd shipped??
Usps please...

Keeping it....
Thanks.

Nidecker Supermatic bindings
in Softboot Carving Gear Reviews
Posted · Edited by Poloturbo
Yes got that but was thinking you were using something else than NX2
Softboot bindings for carving are so much due for a revolution IMO.
