  1. Ah found it: http://www.alpinecarving.com/bootfitting.html#heat 200º-250º F for 12-13 minutes. Plus a teaspoon of cayenne. ;o)
  2. Haven't done this in a while. What's the temp and time for baking a Palau (Deeluxe) liner?
  3. Has anyone molded Intuition liners the same as you would a Thermoflex...ie, baking the liner in a convection oven? The "shop fitting" steps on the Intuition site use one of those heated-tube machines.
  4. Ah, ok...I thought the 141 was the same volume as the 131 (which is what I've tried to use). Thanks!
  5. The are not, for the reason I mentioned above. There's too much volume in the newer TF liners to get a good mold with the AF600.
  6. I need replacement liners for my Raichle AF600's. The current TF liners do not work since they are too bulky (originals have a slimmer, formed outer shape). Anyone used Intuitions in that boot...and if so, what model of liner? Any other suggestions?
