  1. Hey,

So I'm 42 and have been riding alpine for about 7 years, and softs for 23 or so.  I'm finding that this year specifically I'm having to back my angles down on both kinds of boards.  I'm not sure if I have gotten into a bad habit, or it's just an age and body thing but it has just struck me as odd.  The only other thing that I have changed is the location of where I'm riding and finding that Crotched in NH is less user friendly than that of Berkshire East, or some of my other favs around the way.  I'm not sure I just thought I would ask if anyone else has had this situation before.

Thanks a million and safe riding friends.

  2. I have a MK that is just sitting staring at me.  I'm a bit scared of it right now tbh.  Crotched is a tough place to get a feeling about, and I'm just trying to find my way.  The Donek pulse 157 seems to be a good fit, and my old faithful coiler is still my girl.

  3. I'm sure there are enough people on here to get you some stuff to get started.  What size are your boots?  Do you know what kind or size board you are looking for?  And do you need bindings?  Nidecker has the Spectre for dirt cheap right now and you can ride with soft or hards that might be an option for you as it's pretty mellow go with the 163.

  4. I don't go over 30mph but I try hard to have good technique.  It's a hard thing to not let fear of eating it get in your head, but trust your pads and go for it.  I have a race suit and full face helmet if I'm going big or bust.  😉

ran 12.6 in the 1/4  people always bother you where you go, and ask if it's fast and if it can do a burnout.
