    umm.... not really.

    I've seen a little boy (maybe 4 the most) riding on edges as good as anyone on that slope, would I call him a carver? Yes, simple because he loves to carve. As BlubB mentioned above speed, gear, pitch, level of skillset are secondary preference to my eyes.

    I recently bought deeluxe track 700 from http://www.carversparadise.com/( located in Germany) knowing the risk of oversea purchase. Although shipping was jaw dropping 85 euros, I'm quite happy with overall experience.

    first package arrived despite the weather condition.

    I don't think extra plastic bag would secure the box but better than nothing.

    OK, Here it is:

    2006-07 Prior 4WD 169. It has had about 30 days altogether on it. None this year yet (you can see the storage wax is still on). Base has never been ground. Edges are in excellent condition - no dings. Freshly tuned - 2/0.5 degrees. Top has the usual liftline marks, bot nothing gross.

    I would part with it for $375 shipped, firm (for anyone else looking for such board). Catek 2nd board kit is not included
