also along with the detuning of the tip and tail is what edge angles are you running?? that will make a huge difference on hard pack or a race course i run a .7-1 degree base bevel and a 2-3 side bevel it all depends on how agressive a rider you are

Austin is on my team he sold the oxess but I have a 168 Kessler bx custom from last season with 8 days on snow near perfect condition hot boxed never ground stock from Kessler built for a heavier rider I'm 6' and 210lbs this board is super damp and fast and has amazing edge hold

i wear a size 14 street shoe and in soft boots i down size to a 10.5 or 11 and i ride a 27cm wide Oxess for boardercross and it works great with 24 in front and 9 in back. First thing i would do is go to a shop and do a shell test on some driver X boots or whatever you plan on riding and go that route having boots that fit tight are also key to saving your ankles trust me i know from experience

Im moving to the frisco CO area in november and looking for a place to rent untill the end of april i will be training 6 days a week at copper mountain and will be splitting a 3 bd house with 2 other team mates let me know if you or anyone you may know may be able to help? thank you
