  1. Anyone have any luck removing a broken screw from the brass inserts? Thanks, John
  2. There is a broken screw in one of the inserts. They look like brass, not stainless inserts. Any tricks to removing the screw without damaging the board? I was going to just drill it and use a standard extractor. I assume using any pb blast type sprays would be bad for the board? Thanks, jd
  3. An ex tenant just paid his back rent with a Madd board. Does anyone know what model this is? Length: 168.5cm, Nose: 235mm, Waist: 180mm, Tail: 234mm. The base has "FUNKY TEAM BOARD" in the graphic. He claims he knew Mike, so this might not be a "standard" model. Or he might have been full of it... Thanks, jd
  4. Burton Canting Disc 6.5 Degree 3D only, non removable insert Includes special "sideways" baseplate disc eBay auction #130352207947
  5. I never pictured it as being able to work up front, but now that you mention it, I guess it would fit under the binding the same way. Thanks for the heads up, I'll update the listing.
  6. I have used these with ski boots. As mentioned in another post, you just need to adjust the bindings. Unless you modify the flex of your ski boots, they will probably feel too stiff when riding a board. Even with board boots, these bindings can be tricky to adjust for a perfect fit. There is a trick that helps. 1) Set up the "fine tune" toe screw to tighten the bail all the way. 2) Set the toe and heel piece so the heel trips, but does not completely close. 3) Loosen the toe bail "fine tune" screw just until the heel bail closes completely when tripped. 4) Loosen the toe bail with the "fine tune" screw another 1/2 turn. The last step is the key, and I am trying to remember from a long time ago, so you might need to loosen a bit more on the last step. Once I had them tuned, they would always snap closed.
