  1. Futahaguro - I saw those Cateks........I wish I could afford them. Maybe

if I sell enough gear that I'm not using anymore I'll be able to afford a pair........

B-2 : What would you say would be the pros and cons with the 1cm vs the 2cm risers? Are they both the ones with the softer flexing "wings" or the stiffer ones? I definitely want a pair. Do you Paypal?

    Thanks guys - Ian

  2. I'm looking for a solid all mountain board for soft boot carving in the 158 to 163 size range hopefully. I have a street shoe size 10 so nothing too narrow and I'm on a tight budget. It looks like I missed the Oxygen just posted by Scrutton but something like that would be great.

Also, what's the consensus on risers for soft boot set-ups? If there's a good brand out there, what are they? Anyone have some they want to sell?

    Thanks.

  3. If you don't have any luck give Instant Replay a call. It's a used sporting goods consignment shop in Pittsfield, MA. She's had a bunch of smaller alpine boards (all Burton I think) for a while that were dropped off by a junior racer. The number there is : 413-442-2429. The owner isn't too knowledgeable about them but very nice and helpful....I'm sure she'd send you pictures.

    Good luck.

  4. Wingnuts514 - I bought a pair of used Raichle's this winter off BOL and was informed by the seller to buy a size down when buying Raichle's. I wear a size 10 street shoe and my foot measures just over a 28 in Mondo Point sizing but, in the Raichle boots, a size 27 fits just right. The boots are snug to the point that they are a bit uncomfortable when cold and unbuckled, but 5 minutes in and buckled tight they fit perfect. Hope that helps.

  5. Hi David - This was my first chance to reply since you sent the picture (thanks for that), I had a super long day at work today. If the Palmer is still available, I'll take it.

Let me know and I can send a paypal your way.

    Thanks - Ian

BoarderTed - Thanks a lot for the info

  6. i need some plate bindings, either step-in (i have intec heels) or standard. if standard, i'd like the clips on the toe bail to be aluminum, not plastic (i've had some problems with plastic ones in the past). i have a budget of $125

thanks a lot, i appreciate the help

  7. Thanks for the replies everyone.

Keenan - The Supercross has me the most interested. How stiff is this board? I'm looking for something I can mount a stiff soft boot set-up on, how do think this board would handle for that? (I'm 5'10", 155 pounds, not too aggressive carving) The specs I found online say it has a waist of 23.5 cm, is that right? I can make that work. Thanks - Ian

  8. I appreciate the information. I did look at that site already and the toe bails are sold out for the 09/10 season. Does anyone know of anywhere else these parts might be available? Carvedog - if you're willing to sell any of yours, please let me know. Thanks - Ian
