Hey Al,
3deg cant is built in the bindings, red piece is also part of it. There should be 4 EXTRA 3deg shims, that can be used to negate or increase the built in cant, or stacked for lift. Over and above, it normally comes with a 6mm thick shim for lift only + various lengths of screws to accomodate various shim configurations...
Do I understand correctly: there is only built in 3deg cant and no aditional (already inserted) pieces, in this set?

Thanks for the info however on some older models a 28 may be in a 27-27.5 lower shell...that fits a 28 liner...my concern is the boots may be too big
