  1. I just cannot keep the power plate from rotating when I set the binding angel other than 60 degree, no matter how hard i drive the set screws. any ideas? Thanks alot. (original picture from http://www.alpinecarving.com/wtc06/add/)

I just realized how important "upper body twist" is. still excited about that.:lol: my understanding is like this 1. glide 2. reach my front heel with my butt 3. lean and twist and stand up 4. enjoy the Gs not bad for a 1st season hardbooter, huh?:D I am so happy that I can DO it though you old carvers have TOLD a thousand times.

  15. thanks for the prompt reply. 1. a little spring will fix it, I guess. I am trying to make a pair. 2. heel side turn is much more sensitive for me than the toe side. does it mean my COG is on the heel side? with my soft binding, i just push it a little to the toe side. but I have no clue with my os2
  16. 1. how to prevent toe bails being cut by board edge? when i take off my rear boot from the binding, the bail lever(os2) occasionally flips over/under the edge. 2. when apply binding angle, cant, lift, how to keep the COG right above the board's running axis? thanks a million.

  19. Hi Dan, Thanks for the info. hope Scott is on vacation and coming back soon. I am in Beijing, the capital. there are several recreation resorts around the city. Crowd increases to 5k at weekend day in some resorts.
