  1. 2010/2011 SG Full Race Titan 185 GS Race Board for sale. Spec. listed below. I used this board at the beginning of the 2011 season for pre-season plate testing. It saw snow 4-5 days. It's been in a board bag since. I Just had the base ground for the first time and edges set at 3* side, .5* base. This board is near new. It's travel waxed and ready to find a happy new home. The base is in perfect condition and the edges are essentially new. There are a few superficial scratches on the top sheet from storage and a minor nose ding from spearing a stubby. The ding has been filed down and there are no underlying lamination issues. The silver markings on the top sheet you see in the attached photos were made with a Sharpie to indicate carious plate positions, they will come off with some paint thinner and a rag. Asking $400 + shipping OBO for this board. Please let me know if you have any questions. Spec (mm): Overall Length 1850 Nose Length 120 Tail Length 50 Nose Width 251 Waist Width 202 Tail Width 229 Radius 20300 Serial Number 115 20200395
  2. I am selling a Bomber Boiler Plate. It has been ridden a total of 7 days (partial days). It is like new, with only very minor scuffing on the top of the carbon from my bindings and from my back boot (getting on and off lifts). I don't have the time to take pictures and load them because I am traveling for the holidays but you won't be disappointed in the condition or the performance, the plate is sick. I am asking for $700 firm plus whatever shipping is to where you are. My zip is 84098 if you would like to calculate. It is boxed and ready to go so there is no wait! Any serious questions please email Ironhorsejvb@yahoo.com. Good luck!
  3. I make a concerted effort not to get involved with most of what takes place on this website but the above message really just bothers me to my core. I am not sure if the author was directing her ignorance towards Phil or Billy or both but regardless I am embarrassed for you Nickie. Your message truly represents all that is wrong with this amazing sport and concisely sums up the very reason that Park City doesn't have an alpine snowboard coach. It is not for the Phil’s and the Billy’s of the world to make personal sacrifices in order to take care of a bunch of spoiled little brats who have never had to work for anything in their entire lives. I have a suggestion for those in Park City who are baffled by their present situation or somehow feel “let down” by those who have selflessly tried to help…stop blaming your coaches and take a good hard look at yourselves, I suspect there you will find a solution to your little dilemma. <O:p</O:p As for the answer to your question that didn’t in any way relate to the topic of this thread, Park City doesn’t have a coach this year because there are certain individuals on the team who seem to embrace the notion, much like Nickie, that their dreams should come to fruition as the result of entitlement rather than the result of hard work, dedication, humility and sacrifice. I assure you that it’s not because of those individuals who truly “stuck their neck out” for the team, guys like Billy, guys who you incidentally just kicked in the balls with your little out of nowhere classless note. <O:p</O:p <O:p</O:p I would like to personally thank Billy and Phil for all that they have done for me individually as well as the sport of alpine snowboarding. Thank you guys, sincerely. We all owe you more than we will likely ever be able to pay you but I hope that it’s some consolation that some of us out there appreciate your efforts, your time and your dedication. <O:p</O:p <O:p</O:p I would like to personally apologize to Billy for anyone who would insinuate that some spoiled alpine snowboarders from Park City should somehow come before family and children…newborn or otherwise. Billy, I commend you for having the integrity and the heart to put your family first and look beyond your personal wants. The world would truly be a better place if more people were able to make the decision that you just made and I am sure that it wasn’t easy. Thank you buddy and I hope to see you out on the hill sometime. Good luck with your family. <O:p</O:p <O:p</O:p As a parting note I would like to congratulate Vic and all of the US Men for representing in Landgraff! Nice job guys…
  4. 2009 Kessler KST 185 GS (Black Top sheet) with Hangle Plate. This board was used for the second half of this ‘09 race season. Length 185 cm, waist 20.4 cm and side cut 20 m (est.). Board was built for a 180lb. athlete. The board has 2 extremely minor dings in the sidewall along the front of the nose. The defect came courtesy of Fed Ex but it's purely cosmetic and really very minor. The board was recently ground so it has good structure, it’s been tuned (.5 base and 3 side) and travel waxed. The board has only been ground once and has about 10 days on it since. The board is in awesome condition and it’s ready to rock. I am asking $1200.00 for the board with plates plus whatever shipping is. Any inquiries/questions please email me at Ironhorsejvb@yahoo.com, thanks!
  5. I guess the "if you have any questions please email me at Ironhorsejvb@yahoo.com" wasn't real clear.... Allow me to address this 4 x 4 question hopefully once and for all. ALL of my race boards have been built to accomodate Hangle Plates and Hangle Plates only. The only excpetion is obviously the boarder cross board that I posted. NONE of my boards to my knowledge have a 4 x 4 hole pattern magically hidden inside them. As for this board specifically as well as the SL board that I posted you might take notice that I am selling both boards WITH Hangle Plates so...unless someone intends to remove and sell off the Hangles and then rip a perfectly good board apart to search for these mystical other inserts that Hans is secretly putting in his boards then I am not really sure that it matters much. As for the serial number, yes, all Kesslers come with a fancy little serial number on the tail. That serial number helps Hans identify what he's built and for whom. I am pretty sure however that he has not gotten around to uploading these serial numbers into the new and improved Kessler online data base for people to look up whether or not he's in fact hidden a 4 x 4 insert pattern in a board that was built to accomodate Hangle plates. I suppose that you could always try to email him but I can't imagine you ever getting a response to a question like that. I do appreciate the interest. Any future questions PLEASE feel free to email me at IRONHORSEJVB@YAHOO.COM. Peace.
  6. I figured it out and went ahead and posted the links on the other boards. Thanks though, I sincerely appreciate it.

  8. Item has been listed on Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&item=260435268748
  9. Thanks for posting the auction link! I didn't know how to do it... : )
  10. I know that the waist is 24.5 and that the board rips... Beyond that I would only be guessing. I asked Hans to make me what he thought would be the best and fastest BX board based on my body type and riding style and I believe he nailed it. I try not to interfere with what he does and I do my best to avoid giving him useless input. I also understand that he is a very busy guy, I only ask that that he builds me a fast board, I don't ask for specs because honestly it doesn't matter. But Hans isn't making a thousand different BX shapes. Unless a rider is giving him specific input that might contradict what he would otherwise be building he is building very similar boards, the only difference being the specs of the rider. If you would like to email me your personal specs ie. wieght, foot size, riding style etc... I can certainly tell you if this board would be a good fit. And in case you might doubt my sincerity or ability to remain objective I have already turned two people away because this board would not have been the right board for them. Either way I put the board up for auction on Ebay so if you're interested you will have to partake in the bidding war. Good luck.
  11. I wasn't confused about what Billy was saying but thanks for the input. The board is SOLD. Thanks.
  12. Though I sincerely appreciate Billy's input here I cannot say with any degree of certainty that there are or are not inserts under the sheet of titanol. There does not appear to be any dimples nor any other indication that would lead me to believe that there are inserts under the metal top sheet. With respect I don't think there is a 4 hole insert pattern under the metal and if anyone is considering buying this board with the intention to tear up some metal to see they are obviously buying the board as is and with no promise or guarantee that there is a magical 4 hole pattern lying somewhere under the metal. With that said it's a great board and a great deal if you have or intend to buy Hangle Plates. Thanks.
