AND IN THOSE 4 CONVERSTIONS YOU DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHY YOUR PAYMENT WAS NOT ACCEPTED?
I DONT KNOW WHY WE WOULD HAVE LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AFTER TELLING YOU WE WHERE COOL , WAS THAT COOL AS IN YOU PAID OR WHAT? MAYBE YOU COULD CALL ME TO DISCUSS THIS AND NOT WASTE EVERYONES TIME IN THE FORUM
You can posture as much as you want on the Bomber forum. BUT I believe the readers of this thread know whats going on, and can see through the Mr. Nice guy routine.

Heres a suggestion: Try keeping in touch with your auctions (like actually running them yourself). Be nice to your customers and they will reciprocate. Stop playing the entrapment game, and maybe your reputation will start improving.
WE UNDERSTAND THERE HAVE BEEN PROBLEMS IN THE PAST WITH SLOW COMMUNICATION BUT WE STILL COMMUNUCATE
As I said in the original post I do NOT want to get into a pissing match with you on the forum (it is as stupid as pissing into the wind).

Dennis is difficult at best to deal with.His long winded rants on eBay and Bomber are ridiculous.

He says he accepts PAYPAL but when you try to pay he actually cancels the payment and then claims funds were never received and to top it off he leaves you negative feedback!

I have over 2000 eBay sales (with excellent feedback) and he gave me a negative feedback over a $9.99 item that I tried repeatedly to pay for.

Yes this is only my opinion BUT it is based on ACTUALLY dealing with him. Sure I am pissed as I write this and yes I will probably regret posting a reply at one in the morning, BUT enough is enough! Buyer BEWARE! Once you bid you will realize he has you by the short hairs with his unreasonable terms.

I picked up a really nice 164 Ultra prime on the weekend for $52 so there really are other options then U12. Check around and you will find other sellers that dont piss you off and turn you into a "hater".

the way I see it, Dennis, if you read this, more and more people are going to shy away from you as a seller because you come off like a total prick. Your feedback is HORRIBLE and your responses make you look insane. Why do you post negative/retaliatory responses to POSITIVE feedback?
I dont care what you do with your sales. You have every right to set whatever price you want, but I have seen you be deceitful more than once, like with the recent TrenchDigger auction in which you stated the bindings were worth $300 new. Those bindings were YEARS old and have since been replaced by a newer model.
most who were looking at TDs would know this, but the ones who dont, you were basically lying to.

I guess we can start with this thing called supply and demand for the last 5 years burton produced alpine gear and the industry was in a glut of excess gear we bought less and less alpine gear at wholesale prices and still had to sell it at or below cost to get it out the door but WE STILL supported it

There are a few places starting to build race boards again but they are expensive, the closeout boards and bindings are cheap as they are because the manufacture sold them cheap, dealers like us invested in that to support the alpine community and other niche markets.<O:p></O:p>
Believe me we had better things to do with 100,000.00 than to invest in what some people would consider old outdated gear just to let it sit in storage as we sold it off, and if you bought that gear from us in the beginning it was much cheaper than today.<O:p></O:p>

Since day one we have had a policy of leaving negative feedback for all non payers regardless of "excuses" often they retaliate with negative feedback on us we don’t waste the time to get it removed mutually or otherwise, many sellers don’t bother to let others know about the non payers we do.<O:p></O:p>

yea, u12 isn't trustworthy. I've dealt with him once and decided not to buy from him after that. Plus, his payment options alone are reason to not buy from him. They totally contradict themselves in his own listing, so stay clear or your asking for problems.
There have been some posts regarding ebay user u12 saying they have had problems with payment and being untrustworthy because of it, but the truth of the matter is being set up as a personal account on paypal is free of charge and there is no loss risk as long as you take verified payment, ship to a confirmed address and you cant take credit cards.
The flip side is if you are set up with a business account you get fees on every transaction regardless of how it is funded and paypal passes on the loss risk to the seller. So there has been confusion trying to explain payment policy and making it easy for buyers for this we apologize.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

But often buyers don’t read and send unacceptable payment, which is denied. Way to often buyers fail to pay regardless of payment options and negative feedback is left for all non payers regardless of “excuses” often they retaliate with negative feedback on u12.<o:p></o:p>
99% of the negative feedback received is from non-payer retaliation, u12 is not out there ripping off anyone. <o:p></o:p>
U12 takes pride in providing hard to find snowboard gear for those who want it but at times supply and demand will dictate price if it is to expensive then don’t buy it but if you do buy and pay you will get what you paid for it’s that simple.<o:p></o:p>
U12 takes responsibility for any mistakes made but unfortunately there is little tolerance for ignorance and stupidity (like the uneducated that think g w bush is looking out for America and Americans first) there is a soup nazi mentality if you will, u12 won’t put up with ignorance if there is a problem convey it in a civil tone it will get taken care of
