Chubz Posted April 8, 2005 Report Share Posted April 8, 2005 Folks I know there has been extensive discussion on summer activities and I am looking for any input on Slalom Waterski equipment, particularly the ski itself. If there are any avid slalom skiers out there with solid knowledge please email me or post info here. I use to slalom ski about 10 years ago and then got into wakeboarding and continued barefooting, which is where my knowledge base is at now. After hardbooting this season, I am looking to get back into slalom skiing to maintain the thighs. Not necessarily running a course, just free skiing and laying down some turns and throwing roosters. I weight 205 and 6'. Looking for a double boot setup. I know the old players were Connelly, HO, O'Brien, etc. Bring me up to speed if you can as I am shopping around for a newer used ski at a reasonable price.
