Vyvsdad
Wow, Thanks for all the help guys. For some reason I wasn't being emailed alerts so lost track of the thread. There is a lot here to digest. I only really board in Vals, Switzerland for family reasons and the few shops there stock only softboot boards, but I suppose they could get them in if needs be. I have only seen a handfull of other hardbooters on the hill, I guess I'll just have to introduce my self to them. In the meantime, I'll just have to keep a beady eye on the various classifieds and forums and try and get my self decent board at a decent price. Once again, thanks for all the tips. kieran
PM benttech. he's selling an F2 Speedster SL WC 163, 2010 for €reasonable. nice board, metal on the inside. it would probably last you about 1 season before you were regularly overpowering it, but you'd probably not find yourself in too many oh**** moments. jacopodotti
Take a look on ebay.de a lot of hard things at reasonable price. I'm a Burton addicted so let me say Burton Speed 168/225 you could find some new at 100 euro shipment included. I've boght one of these and it is a very good board. Right flex right shape. And Burto Race as binding, super light and if you make the right setup you will newer have problems. 50/100 euro.

It would be good to pitch one against a more popular Euro race brand.
