Dave ESPI
After a stellar day last weekend out with carvers in hero snow, this sunday was a tad "wetter". I hung up the hardboots for the season after lastweekend, and today was ny last official day as an "employed" instructor for the 07-08 season. Today I was messing around, and had my 169 K2 softboot board (I call it the "moving sidewalk" cause its so big) and was messing around in slush and there is a nice rut buint into the trail near the lift, so well..... Boys will be boys..... This just about sums up the mood of the day. http://s79.photobucket.com/albums/j133/Lakeside518/?action=view¤t=GEDC0211.flv Even with 33 days total of rain this year, Jiminy still managed to break all the records with attendance and lessons and much in the ways of sales. Maybe next year they will invest in security cameras outside the lockerrooms and in the equipment sheds as boards seem to walk as do skis and poles and I-pods....... They gotta stop hiring shady characters as instructors. I hit my 50 days mark today, so I'm a happy camper :)
