Really good - Ask for Soren at Granite Chief in Truckee. In general - I find that if you specify the angles you want the edges at, the shop at least knows that you care and they tend to focus on things a bit more. SEJ Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 I had a couple of grinds done at Any Mountain in Concord and was suprised at the results. The structure looked pretty good and the edge angle was CORRECT. Just a little hand polishing when I got home to smooth out the whoop whoops that the edge machine left. $35 if I remember right.
