I have been trying to stand up like shown in the youtube video earlier. but as my ligaments are weak, this brought some serious shoulder pain :(. anyway right now on flats i turn over on my stomach and on steeps i do the grab thing. right now i have to stop and wait a lot as i am dealing with a group of ski tourists. they need to be waited every once in a while. +1 on the yoga part. i HAVE to try it out one day. carve on!
