RicHard
Ohps! I'm mounting my TD2 bindings on the new board but... I noticed that the plates of the two couple of bindings has got different shape! A couple is convex on its edges, another is the opposite. I mean, on the two sides (where you screw the heel and the toe blocks), one couple is shaped as a ______________________ / . . .----------------- . . .\ | . . .------------------. . .| \______________________/ Another like ________________________ \ . . . ----------------. . . / | . . . ----------------. . .| /______________________\ I didn't noticed it before... Does anybody know why I have got two different types?! Thanks in advance, Regards. _RicHard.
bschurman
The top ones are from the first year run and there were different base plates for the Intec and the standard. The bottom is the shape of the current one and the base plates are all the same for standard and Intec bindings. So it's easier and cheaper to manufactuer on plate for all the bindings. At least that's how I understand it.
