  1. Hey guys!

I was only able to be up for a short time Friday morning, but had a blast and was nice to meet some of you - hope you enjoyed our mountain! Here is a little vid I made, wish I could have taken more clips but the hands, and camera, both froze up on me! If anyone has an email list from the group, please pass this on as a momento of your week!

  3. I have updated boards but have still been using mid-90's boots and bindings....let's say I'm a casual carver. If it works, I use it until it breaks. So don't know about the newest brands and technologies. I am a big guy so any bindings that will work, metal preferred to plastic of course. If it screws onto my board, I will use it. I have stuck with Burton because I have 3 and 4 hole discs, which work on whatever board I happen to be using.

  4. OK, my equipement is getting pretty ancient. I usually update my boards but have been abusing the same Nordica SBH boots for about 15 years now. I am afraid one of these days they are going to explode. What size is 13 - about 30.5 or something? Any bigfooters out there that might have newer boots let me know.

Also could use a back-up pair of plate bindings, I tend to crack them every couple of years and always looking.

    Thanks!

  5. I may buy a new board - Burton Canyon 168 and would like feedback. I havent boarded much lately but still ride a Burton M6 with Nordica hardboots at a 45 degree angle.

Like to carve but not a forearm dragger, get down the hill fast and like a versatile board for bumps, trees, groomers, everything.

Will the canyon be too wide to really pop from edge to edge?

    Any other remarks?

    Thanks guys!
