  1. I was curious as to how different users decided when it's time to replace heels in order to reduce the chance of failure while riding. I've always just replaced every couple of years to be on the safe side. My current ones look fine except that I've noticed just a little extra (increase) play in the pins. Maybe like a 1/16th to 1/8th inch in movement. I'm talking about the play within the heel not within the binding reciever.

  2. These have been used a fair amount and molded 2 or 3 times. They are the white ones and should have a lot of days left on them. They're just laying around so I thought someone on a budget might want them for $25 plus whatever the shipping would be.

  3. If your new at this I would advise letting a good shop set your desired bevels and then you can just maintain it with some diamond stones and your bevel guide. It's not that tough but you can do some damage pretty fast with a file. Ask the shop tech to let you watch him doing it.

    Then practice on someone elses gear :)
